President
Dick Kittle has been in the direct mail/fulfillment business for thirty years. He started his own business in 1980. As the managing partner, he has grown the business from his kitchen table to be the leader in the Carolinas' marketplace. Creative has more than sixty full-time employees and produces millions of pieces of mail/fulfillment monthly. Mr. Kittle's time is spent working with his very talented staff of managers that control the daily activities.

Vice President
Ed Warren started with the organization in 1991 as a Sales Representative, eventually becoming the Vice President of Sales for CMS in 1999. Over the last few years, Ed has been centered on CMS' growth in digital printing and one-to-one marketing. As Vice President, his role includes working with other CMS team members to develop solutions focused on growing our clients' revenues and profits through effective marketing.

Plant Manager
Kim Vinson has worked in the direct mail industry for more than 15 years. She began her career in customer service, but moved to the production side and eventually into management. She has been the plant manager for more than five years and her responsibilities include management of all letter shop, fulfillment and warehouse departments at Creative.

Manager of Customer Relations
Sue Shiflet has managed for more than 20 years in the graphic arts and direct mail industry. Her primary responsibilities at Creative have been the management of customer service and administrative personnel. Her duties also include general office management and coordination with the production facility. Sue has worked for Creative Marketing Solutions since 1997.

Controller
Patti Hayden has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in accounting, from the University of Wisconsin. She received designation of Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 1991. Ms. Hayden has over 20 years experience as a professional accountant with 12 years as a Controller. She has been with Creative Marketing Solutions since 2004. She is currently Secretary of South Point Business Park Property Owners Association and was recently President of the Charlotte Quiltes Guild.
